The Property Insurance Claims Subrogation Team Lead will lead, monitor and supervise the Captains and Activity Owners. The Team Lead will motivate the team, and promote positive communication while demonstrating flexibility. They will assist the Property Manager in decision making, process changes, and accountability of Captains and Activity Owners.
Responsibilities
- Manage day to day activities, such as scheduling.
- Delegate tasks to team members to reduce delinquency.
- Handle customer complaints from clients or members.
- Conduct training of newly hired team members or enhance competencies of existing members.
- Field questions and concerns to provide support and improve knowledge base of the team.
- Provide and implement process improvements.
- If necessary, work files to maintain throughput/backlog consistency.
- Back up for Property Manager where necessary.
