Eximius Live-In Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Registered Manager to lead our specialist complex care services.

About the Role

As our Clinical Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, clinical governance, quality assurance, and operational management of the service. You will oversee complex care packages, support multidisciplinary teams, maintain CQC compliance, and drive continuous improvement while championing person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performing care team.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC and all relevant healthcare regulations.
  • Oversee clinical assessments, care planning, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Support and develop staff through recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance management.
