Exciting new in‑house role in the Trade Finance & Lending legal team of a well‑known investment bank, based in London. As Trade Finance and Lending Legal Counsel you are supporting the Legal function in Transactions, Global Credit Markets Lending and Corporate Banking matters.
Responsibilities
- Advise on new products and initiatives.
- Work with the Head of Legal and other stakeholders to structure new products and initiatives, and to produce legal documentation.
- Provide transactional support and guidance on legal/product issues to ensure compliance with the business’ risk management framework.
- Assist on complex transactional work including multi‑product and/or multi‑jurisdictional transactions in collaboration with relevant product specialist Lawyers, regional and country Heads of Legal in and for Europe.
