A leading law firm in Greater London is seeking an experienced Lending lawyer to join their Private Client Lending team. The successful candidate will assist with deal structuring, drafting, and execution while liaising with senior stakeholders and external counsel. A minimum of 5 years PQE in retail financial services from a top-tier law firm or equivalent in-house institution is required.
