My client is looking for a senior motor finance litigation lawyer on a long term contract in their London legal team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a large portfolio of consumer finance disputes.
- Advising on regulatory and litigation risk and strategy.
- Advising on engagements with financial service regulators and industry bodies.
- Collation and presentation of legal data to senior stakeholders.
- Maintaining a proper record of the project and all related matters.
- Briefing of external solicitors and barristers and appropriate oversight of legal output.
The successful candidate will have a minimum 8-10 years of experience in consumer finance / financial services regulatory disputes work (defence).
