A leading US firm is looking to hire into its Corporate Private Equity team in its expanding London office. The firm has an outstanding international reputation, offers fantastic progression prospects and a market-leading remuneration package.
The firm undertakes a broad range of work in the corporate PE sphere and associates can expect to be working on cross‑border M&As, carve‑outs and consortium deals, among other matters. The team acts for a number of leading PE clients on multi‑billion pound transactions.
