My client, a top tier asset manager, is looking to hire a funds lawyer into their London legal team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3PQE within a funds team of a top law firm or equivalent financial services institution.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to the firm's business, including investment, research, and operations in respect of the London office, to support the firm’s EMEA strategy.
- Draft and negotiate agreements, including investment management, advisory, and non-disclosure for clients of the London office to support the firm’s EMEA strategy.
- Provide legal support as required on the wider firm's business, in order to support the global strategy.
- Work with internal investment, operations, compliance, and risk teams to advise on developing and refining process and strategy.
