A new opportunity for an Employment Lawyer has arisen to work in-house at a top investment bank in their London legal team.
The purpose of this role is to support internal functions and the business with strategic employment law advice, working on all contentious and non-contentious matters. As a senior employment lawyer, you will manage disputes and litigation, advise on bank policies and ensure associated training is being delivered.
The successful candidate will have previous employment law experience from a top private practice firm or equivalent in-house financial services business. Demonstrated knowledge of complex English employment law is a must, including employee relations processes, employment law aspects of business transactions, compensation and regulatory matters.
