My client, a top tier investment bank, is looking to hire a Director into their legal team to cover prudential regulation matters.
The successful candidate will be a UK qualified lawyer with extensive knowledge of UK and EU prudential regulation, including UK and EU Capital Requirements Regulations, the PRA rulebook, the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive, the Bank of England\’s RAF as well as associated technical standards and regulatory guidance.
You will assume primary responsibility for providing day-to-day support to the Group Finance, Risk and Treasury functions in relation to interpreting and implementing prudential requirements and regulatory expectations.
