My client is looking to hire a mid-senior level DCM lawyer on an interim basis for a minimum six months.

The successful candidate should have experience of advising originators and arrangers on cross-border structured finance transactions, including Asset-Backed Securitisation. Candidate must be comfortable managing documentation process (whether drafting or reviewing), and managing more junior lawyers, as well as being point of contact for client. Ideally the candidate should be familiar with current regulatory environment, including securitisation regulation, prospectus regulation, listing requirements etc..

Job duties: Transaction management, drafting, reviewing, negotiating documents, communicating with client and other parties, drafting and reviewing legal opinions.
