The group advises on acquisitions, part VII transfers, regulatory matters, joint ventures, capital rankings, securitisation of insurance risks, insurance derivatives, reinsurance, product design, outsourcing of insurance services, insurance distribution agreements and matters involving Lloyd\’s of London.
