My client, a top tier asset manager, is looking for a Corporate/CommercialLawyer to join their London legal team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities will include
- reviewing and commenting on IT agreements and other supply agreements relevant to the business of the group,
- providing legal support in connection with ad hoc projects as required, including outsourcing projects and projects related to legal and regulatory change;
The ideal candidate would have previous experience providing legal supportfrom a top tier law firm or equivalent financial services organisation.
