This is an exciting new role for junior commercial lawyer or senior paralegal to work in the legal team of a top investment firm, based in their London office.
The successful candidate is either well experienced commercial paralegal or NQ-3PQE commercial lawyer, ideally with previous experience of working in-house.
The role includes reviewing and negotiating key commercial agreements i.e different types of service agreements (software as a service, data licencing, outsourcing agreements, consulting agreements), as well as assisting with corporate transactions and general corporate work like property matters and software trademark. You would also be trained to assist on fund launches, trading agreements and other fund documentation, including NDAs.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a commercial background who is interested in developing their expertise in-house, while working in a small legal team with a strong collaborative attitude.
