Overview
Exciting new Commercial Lawyer role working in the legal team of one of the top global financial advisors and asset managers, reporting directly into Head of Group Legal. The role is based in their London office and focuses on technology and outsourcing.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and negotiating complex technology agreements as well as outsourcing arrangements and other commercial agreements like enterprise agreements, software licenses, cloud and SaaS contracts for the UK, France and USA.
- Reviewing and commenting on other supply agreements to support the business.
- Providing legal support for legal and regulatory change projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3PQE from a top law firm or equivalent in-house organisation.
- Experience of financial services would be beneficial.
- The role requires the ability to manage work effectively with great attention to detail.
