An exciting new in-house legal opportunity has arisen for an Asset Finance lawyer to work in the legal team of a top tier bank. You will be working closely with the asset finance business of the bank to support both legal and commercial transactional work.
The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of LMA architecture, various banking/finance documentation, as well as ideally motor finance documentation.
Responsibilities will include working with a range of banking and transactional documentation, such as term sheets, operating leases, fund documents and some regulatory elements.
The ideal candidate will have around 2-3 PQE and have previous experience in the asset finance market. You will have an aptitude to communicate well with external and internal stakeholders, as well as some regulatory knowledge.
