The primary focus of this position is managing the end-to-end global visa and immigration process for models, talent, and creatives, ensuring compliance with UK and international regulations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Visa Immigration Management: Coordinate, prepare, and submit all visa applications, Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS), and permits for incoming models and creative talent.
- Compliance: Stay up to date with UK Home Office regulations and international immigration laws to ensure the business and talent remain fully compliant.
- Global Travel Logistics: Oversee complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transfers for talent during peak periods (e.g., campaign shoots, fashion weeks).
