About the Role
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations & Logistics Manager to join our team for a 6-month maternity cover. Based in our Central London office, this critical role sits at the heart of our fashion business, ensuring the seamless international movement of talent, samples, and team members.
The primary focus of this position is managing the end-to-end global visa and immigration process for models, talent, and creatives, ensuring compliance with UK and international regulations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Visa & Immigration Management: Coordinate, prepare, and submit all visa applications, Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS), and permits for incoming models and creative talent.
- Compliance: Stay up to date with UK Home Office regulations and international immigration laws to ensure the business and talent remain fully compliant.
- Global Travel Logistics: Oversee complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transfers for talent during peak periods (eg, campaign shoots, fashion weeks).
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for modelling agencies, immigration lawyers, internal production teams, and the talent themselves.
- Problem Solving: Actively troubleshoot any last-minute border control issues, delays, or emergency visa requirements.
- Expense & Budget Tracking: Manage costs related to immigration fees, legal counsel, and logistics, ensuring everything stays within the allocated budget.
Required Skills & Experience
- Industry Experience: Proven experience working within a fashion brand, modelling agency, creative production house, or a specialized talent immigration firm.
- Visa Expertise: Strong, demonstrable knowledge of UK immigration routes for creative talent (eg, Creative Worker visa/Temporary Work, T5) and international visa processes.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority applications simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Clear, professional, and empathetic communication style, with the ability to manage expectations across agencies and internal teams.
