Our Client, a leading Investment Manager, has an opening for a Settlements Clerk to join the team.

The role involves:

  1. Monitoring CREST checking/failed reports, identifying, investigating, and resolving settlement issues, and liaising with relevant market makers as necessary.
  2. Administering and verifying redemptions and subscriptions of directly held Unit Trusts, Cofunds net settlement, and Fund Settle orders.
  3. Conducting Transaction Reporting (MIFID II) duties, including re-reporting exercises and investigation of rejections.
  4. Performing general trade amendments and monitoring the group mailbox.
  5. Analyzing, resolving, and implementing solutions for errors, and liaising with relevant departments.
  6. Coordinating and processing placings and hedge fund orders, including managing upfront payments.
  7. Investigating and resolving reconciliation breaks, including monitoring of the E-Log.
  8. Adhering to CASS rules to support compliance and audit processes.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience within financial services.
