The business is currently recruiting 2 Directors in the FP&A function:
- Go To Market (GTM) strategic finance: Leading a small high performing team to deliver insights and support the strategy of the business in both a proactive and reactive manner. The role will focus on sales and marketing and will own a combination of business partnering, delivering the strategy, building the commercial engine and working closely with the global head of FP&A.
- Product and Tech lead: Directly supporting the CTO. You will bring a commercial mindset and a track record of partnering closely with product, engineering and technology teams—translating investment decisions and build costs into clear financial frameworks and recommendations. You will be highly experienced in financial forecasting, ROI modelling, investment cases and business partnering at a senior level, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where the quality of your analysis directly shapes strategic decisions. You will need to be able to influence at C-suite level and be comfortable with the responsibility of owning the forecasting in the department with the highest level of CAPEX.
Both of these roles are offered at Director level and will be direct reports of the global head of FP&A. We are looking for 10 years + experience in a FinTech or payments business and for people that have extensive experience of business partnering, financial modelling (you will need to build models from scratch), ACA or equivalent qualification and have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship. Each role will have a team of 3-4 direct reports supporting them.
