Job Description
Duties will include, but will not be limited to, management of:
• Corporate Income Taxation (incl Holdco filings)
• IFRS Tax reporting and quarterly global review
• Transfer Pricing and documentation
• BEPS / Pillar II / CbCR – develop initial structures and continued compliance across group • Indirect Tax (incl Holdco filings)
• Group wide ad hoc support
• Legal structuring considerations / M&A
• Handling any tax audits / investigations across the group
• Projects / systems / ad-hoc support as needed
