Join us in London and report directly to our Head of People. In this hybrid role, you’ll spend approximately 60% of your time as a right hand to our CEO and 40% leading key people & office initiatives that shape our growing team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Executive Assistance: Serve as the CEO’s right hand, providing high-level executive support that enables focus, clarity, and impact. You’ll manage calendars, inboxes, and travel with precision. You always stay two steps ahead. Coordinate internal and external meetings with key stakeholders and assist with the execution of strategic and cultural initiatives. Act as a force multiplier and a trusted partner who creates space for leadership. You ensure seamless operations, embody discretion and excellence in every interaction.
  • People Operations: Run payroll operations smoothly and collaborate closely with our external providers for accuracy and compliance. Manage and optimize our fringe benefits: health insurance, pension plans, maternity/paternity leave, stock options plan, daily lunches, etc. Act as the go-to person for all employees regarding office matters, payrolling, and socials — approachable, trustworthy, and fun to work with. Support employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding — and lead initiatives that improve engagement and retention.
  • Office & Culture: Be responsible for our UK office — ensuring it’s not just functional, but an inspiring place to work that people love to come to. Organise internal cultural events, offsites, and team socials that connect and energise our team. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the London office, including managing daily lunches, office supplies, equipment, cleanliness, and ensuring a productive work environment.
