This is a full-time, on-site Logistics & Supply Chain Administrator role based in Sheffield. The role involves:

  • Coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries
  • Monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment of polythene products
  • Processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate inventory and shipment records
  • Updating internal systems with delivery schedules and product information
  • Liaising daily with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to resolve delivery issues
  • Managing lead times and optimizing storage and distribution
  • Supporting customer service with order status updates and handling logistics-related queries
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of supply chain and logistics processes

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret inventory data, delivery performance, and supply chain metrics
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, logistics partners, internal teams, and customers
  • Customer service skills to manage order-related inquiries and resolve delivery or stock issues
