This is a full-time, on-site Logistics & Supply Chain Administrator role based in Sheffield. The role involves:
- Coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries
- Monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment of polythene products
- Processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate inventory and shipment records
- Updating internal systems with delivery schedules and product information
- Liaising daily with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to resolve delivery issues
- Managing lead times and optimizing storage and distribution
- Supporting customer service with order status updates and handling logistics-related queries
- Contributing to continuous improvement of supply chain and logistics processes
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret inventory data, delivery performance, and supply chain metrics
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, logistics partners, internal teams, and customers
- Customer service skills to manage order-related inquiries and resolve delivery or stock issues
- Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement processes
