About the job:

To provide service support to customers within a designated area, including installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.

What will your daily responsibilities include in this role?

  • Carry out installation, repair, and maintenance of batteries, chargers, and associated equipment.
  • Diagnose faults and perform corrective repairs on both company and competitor equipment.
  • Install and connect chargers and related systems in line with customer requirements.
  • Conduct testing (e.g., discharge and impedance testing) and monitor equipment performance.
  • Carry out site surveys and produce detailed technical reports.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Provide customers with guidance on safe and effective use of products.
  • Maintain accurate job records using company systems (e.g., handheld/iPad devices).
  • Support customer training and product demonstrations where required.
  • Ensure service vehicle is stocked and maintained to enable first-time fix.
  • Promote company products and services professionally at all times.
