We are looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to join our Energy Solutions business, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic customers across the UK.
The Role
You will take ownership of key accounts, driving revenue and margin growth through solution-based selling and long-term partnerships. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role requiring strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic accounts
- Deliver revenue, margin, and growth targets
- Identify and convert new opportunities within existing customers
- Lead commercial negotiations and solution-based sales cycles
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders

About You
- Proven experience in B2B account management or technical sales
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Experience managing complex or project-based accounts
- Background in energy solutions, industrial or technical products (preferred)
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach
