We are looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to join our Energy Solutions business, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic customers across the UK.

The Role

You will take ownership of key accounts, driving revenue and margin growth through solution-based selling and long-term partnerships. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role requiring strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage complex sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic accounts
  • Deliver revenue, margin, and growth targets
  • Identify and convert new opportunities within existing customers
  • Lead commercial negotiations and solution-based sales cycles
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions

About You

  • Proven experience in B2B account management or technical sales
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing complex or project-based accounts
  • Background in energy solutions, industrial or technical products (preferred)
  • Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach
