Warehouse and Logistics Manager Exi-tite Group Founded in 2013, Exi-tite Group has become one of the leading industry names in the HVAC market, providing energy-efficient, climate-controlled solutions to the built environment sector. Due to continued growth, Exi-tite are looking to strengthen their team in their Ballygawley HQ by recruiting a Warehouse and Logistics Manager. This role is critical to providing a high level of service to the customers and plays a pivotal role within the business. Main Responsibilities Management of stock including receipt, put away, pick, issuing and stock taking. Preparation of delivery documentation for customer collection and delivery. Liaising with suppliers for delivery lead times. Providing customers timely updates on delivery status of orders. Resolving customer queries on phone and email. Load and unload delivery vehicles. Management of delivery fleet including organising delivery routes, vehicle maintenance and compliance. Management of small number of warehouse staff and drivers. Organising in house and external deliveries. Processing the receipt of incoming goods. General administration and housekeeping duties as and when required. Essential Requirements Previous experience within a similar role. Excellent computer skills particularly with Microsoft Office. A professional and courteous manner with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail. Experience on Forklifts, unloading and loading vehicles. Good planning, organisational and time management skills. Problem solving and decision-making capabilities. Able to demonstrate good literacy and numeracy skills. Previous experience with Stock Management System. Desirable Requirements Background in HVAC Products. Previous experience with SAGE. What We Offer Full-time permanent position with immediate start.
