About the role: As our consultancy team continues to expand with new and exciting projects across a range of sectors, exi Design is looking to recruit a talented and experienced Senior Architect with a strong technical focus and RIBA accreditation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering well-resolved architectural solutions and thrives in leading projects through all stages β from concept design to detailed delivery.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: ARB registered and RIBA Chartered Architect.
- Sector Experience: Experience across multiple sectors β particularly Healthcare, Education, Residential, and Commercial β would be a distinct advantage.
- Technical Expertise: A technically focused architect with strong construction knowledge, detailing ability, and specification writing experience.
- Software Skills: Proficient in Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD; experience in coordinating BIM deliverables is essential.
- Experience: Minimum 5β10 years post-Part III experience with a proven track record in delivering technically complex projects.
- Leadership & Communication: Capable of leading project teams, liaising confidently with clients, consultants, and contractors.
As a Senior Architect at exi Design, you will:

- Take ownership of production information, compliance, and detail resolution.
