Position Summary
For our well-known Bubble Planet Exhibition, the Exhibition Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and management of exhibitions and events, ensuring seamless operations and an outstanding experience for clients and attendees. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the exhibition team, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to the Assistant Exhibition Manager and other team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Provide regular updates to clients on event progress and manage client expectations effectively.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials for events. Ensure that events are effectively marketed and attract the desired audience.
- On-Site Management: Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, execution, and teardown. Address any unforeseen issues or emergencies that arise during the event.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Participate in the post-event evaluations to assess the success of the exhibition and gather feedback from clients and attendees. Prepare and present detailed reports on event performance and areas for improvement.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management or a similar role within the exhibition industry.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale exhibitions and events.
- Proven experience in managing a large team with flexible schedules.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
