About the role:
Senior Counsel to support Exhibition Hub US Holdings LLC, which produces immersive exhibitions internationally, including in the US and UK. The role will partner closely with business teams and joint-venture stakeholders on a broad range of legal matters in a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environment. The company continues to scale its international operations, particularly in the US and UK, resulting in increased legal complexity across litigation, insurance, governance, and commercial contracting. A dedicated Senior Counsel is required to centralize legal oversight and proactively manage risk while supporting business growth.
Your key responsibilities:
- Act as a key legal partner to the business, coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including partners, operational teams, and external advisors.
- Manage litigation and dispute matters across jurisdictions, including supervising external counsel, the current internal legal team, defining legal strategy, and assessing liability and potential exposure.
- Oversee insurance-related matters, including policy review, claims management, and coordination with brokers and insurance counsel for claims defence.
- Lead corporate governance for the entity, including board and shareholder matters, corporate compliance, and maintenance of corporate records.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including venue, production, vendor, and partnership contracts.
- Provide clear, business-oriented legal advice to support international operations and strategic initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks while enabling business growth across multiple markets.
- Ensure all workforce agreements and templates are legally compliant, operationally practical, scalable across jurisdictions, and protective of the company’s commercial, intellectual property, safety, and reputational interests.
