Production operative
Location: Sittingbourne
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, shift times are 06:00-14:00 but may vary up to 22:00 finish times, 8 hour shifts. Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
We are looking for a reliable Production / Machine Operative to join our clients production team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who wants long-term stability and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring machinery that produces fruit purees
- Filling puree products into barrels and tubs
- Testing pH levels on sugar and puree batches
- Ensuring products meet quality and safety standards
- General warehouse duties as required
About You
- Must be able to drive due to site location
- Able to work flexible shift times between 06:00 and 22:00
- Good attention to detail and able to follow processes accurately
- Bulgarian-speaking is advantageous but not essential
- Previous production or machine operation experience is beneficial
