Machine Setter and Operator at Exhibit Exchange

Location: Aylesford

Pay Rate: £13.78 per hour

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Shifts: Monday–Friday on a rotating shift pattern (6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, 10pm–6am)

Type: Temp-Perm

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery
• Identifying and troubleshooting basic machine issues
• Carrying out packing and sorting tasks when required
• Ensuring products meet quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

About You

• Physically fit, with the ability to carry out some manual lifting
• Able to read, write, and understand English
• Manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
• Willing to work a full rotating shift pattern
