EXHEAT Ltd is a world leader in the design and manufacture of electric process heaters and associated Control Systems for the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical industries worldwide.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Head of Sales, Sales team, Engineering team and Project management team you will be responsible for ensuring our clients are serviced with accurately costed and technically valid bids
- Develop the regions of responsibility and key accounts to achieve increased sales year on year. Be this through areas of growth, improved profit margins or targeted sales with both existing and new customers.
- Identifying areas of development to engage the research and development teams.
- Identifying new business opportunities in existing as well as new markets including renewables and green energy
- Maintaining existing customers as well as finding new ones to increase sales through Growth improved profit margins and/or targeted sales
- Responsible for submitting bids in conjunction with the proposals team, ensuring that the structure of proposals is in accordance with company policies and the correct supporting information is provided with bids.
- Ensuring proposals and technical and commercial clarifications are submitted on time and are fully qualified.
- Overall management of contract including commercial negotiations with clients for new contracts and contract variations.
- Identification, management and recommendation of Agents and maintaining/generating agreements. Review and comment on terms and conditions of contract and assisting with the vendor registration program.
- Continuous improvement of procedures within the Sales Department.
- Manage and continually update the CRM system with all relevant data.
- Contribute to Sales Meetings with updates and forecasts.
- Attendance of client clarification meetings, internal handover meetings, client kick off meetings and other customer related interfaces as required via Teams or face to face.
- Attending conferences and exhibitions to build relationships and to promote Exheat and its products
- Attend senior management meetings when Head of Sales not available
- Domestic or international travel may be required.
- The Employee shall devote their whole time, attention and skill to their duties hereunder and in addition such other duties as may from time to time be reasonably required of them for the proper and efficient running of the Employer’s business.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales Management, Business Development and Customer Relationship Management.
- Strong skills in market analysis, Sales Strategy Development and Sales Reporting.
- Excellent Communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in selling to the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
