Due to the expansion of the Project team, we are looking for another member of the team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Overall management of assigned manufacturing contracts of engineered products.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in multidiscipline high value engineering/manufacturing projects within the O&G industry or similar.
  • Expertise in project management of the whole life cycle of projects from order to final delivery.
  • Capability to liaise with client, sub-vendors, Engineers, Project Buyer and Shop Floor Supervisors to discuss and resolve technical, production and commercial issues relating to agreed output.
  • Willingness and availability to attend on/off site client meetings as required by the company.
  • Comfortable with the following tasks:
  • Project plan creation, maintenance and management (project milestones, critical path identification and ownership).
  • Clarification, Change, Risk and Documentation management.
  • Project procurement management/involvement.
  • Reporting on a regular basis to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Costs control and management.
  • Inspection and certification management.
  • With the assistance of the Engineering team ensuring that all designs meet the project requirements in line with Exheat certification, local and international standards and regulations.
  • Desirable

    • A Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent relevant work experience.
    • Familiarity with the following software capabilities and occasional use of: Microsoft AX, Ceaser II, STAAD, Creo3 (ProE), AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Office suite. Software and training will be provided where necessary.
    • Technical bid evaluation experience.
