EXHEAT Group is seeking an experienced marketeer with a proven track record of strategic planning. As an international group of technical engineering businesses in industrial heating technology, control systems and services, the business has a fast-growing range of applications in process electrification, renewable technologies, thermal storage and mobility/transport, whilst still maintaining a strong supply to the traditional energy mix. The role will execute the marketing plan through marketing projects internal and external, including digital, traditional print and organised events.
Principal Duties / Responsibilities
- Lead a Marketing team - spearheading the development of marketing strategy, planning and execution of projects including web design and development, CRM and reporting.
- Collaborate with EXHEAT Group company management teams to develop/pitch plans to reimagine the corporate identity of the business, refocusing the position in the industry to process electrification and renewables technologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (including Sales, Engineering and R&D), conceptualising/designing creative content to promote product launches and other sales initiatives for both digital/traditional marketing channels.
- Conduct research on market trends, brand audiences and competitors, customer experiences and feedback and end-to-end consumer journey.
- Help to identify campaign goals, establish metrics/KPIs, and continuously assess/report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals/benchmarks.
- Coordinate the copywriting of technical articles and white papers on targeted applications and industries with engineering teams to produce content for both web and presentation material.
- Prepare marketing reports monthly, identifying areas for improvement and proposing marketing and communication strategies, analysing web traffic and search engines.
- Brief team members on project objectives, then monitoring/driving projects for timely delivery.
- Identify resources required (internal and external manpower, budget, etc) to support project demands.
- Content management, liaising with relevant department heads to maintain up-to-date revisions and control of published documents.
- Maintain all social media and websites with regular news updates from within the businesses.
- International travel will be required.
The Employee shall devote the whole of his/her time, attention and skill to his/her duties hereunder and in addition such other duties as may from time to time be reasonably required of him/her for the proper and efficient running of the Employer’s business.

- Sales: Working with all group businesses sales departments to understand market trends, support in producing content, campaigns and literature for communicating product information and developments to customers.
- Research & Development: Working closely with R&D on all creative aspects of content produced including campaigns and supporting sales efforts.
- QC/QC: Supporting QC/QA on maintaining document control of technical information that is communicated in all digital and print literature.
- IT: Liaising with IT on all technical support.
- Accounts: Support annually the departmental budgeting and overhead.
- Sub-Contractors and Vendors: Communicating with suppliers.
