No experience necessary, we have the tools and experience, for the right candidate, to pave a career in welding and fabrication activities.
What you will gain from being a junior/trainee welder at EXHEAT Limited.
- The successful applicants will shadow skilled fabricators/welders, using multiple welding processes, understanding national and international specifications along with internal processes.
- Learn to weld a range of materials from carbon steels through exotic alloys. Along with this EXHEAT Ltd. has developed a semi automatic welding process that has now become an integral process to help us standout among the competition.
- Train and gain experience using multiple tools used for fabrication and assembly i.e. thread machining, band saw cutting etc.
- Train and gain experience in cutting processes.
- Train and gain experience in machining & grinding processes.
- Iron working.
Along with the above EXHEAT offers great progression opportunities and will invest in their staff to progress into other areas of the business along with the education needed.
