About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic PrimaryTeacher to join our dedicated Primary team from January 2027, or earlier ifavailable.
What You Will Be Doing:
In our primary setting, you will workwithin one of our two specialist learning pathways, carefully designed to meetthe diverse needs of our pupils. These pathways are tailored to pupil need, andyou will help our pupils develop the qualities of our school values: Respect,Resilience, Confidence, Motivation, Aspiration and Integrity.
Your role will include teaching smallclasses (typically 8-12 pupils) with dedicated teaching assistant support,delivering engaging, creative lessons adapted to individual learning styles andneeds and using communication strategies to support pupils with communicationdifficulties. You will work closely with our Assistant Headteacher of Primaryand experienced colleagues to develop innovative approaches, collaborating withoutside agencies and families. You will plan activities that challenge allpupils and encourage personal growth, contributing to our supportive andnurturing provision.

We are looking for candidates withQualified Teacher Status, a passion for teaching and learning that can beutilised to challenge all pupils, and the ability to motivate, inspire andstimulate curiosity, interest and enjoyment.
