The role will be responsible for setting and achieving the sales strategies in each market (direct to retail, via distributor(s) or Hybrid models), appointing new distribution partners where relevant and negotiating commercial terms with partners. The role reports into and works closely with the Sales Director.

  • Partner closely with distributors and retailers on forecasting, inventory management, and stock optimisation to deliver the most profitable and sustainable product mix.

Proven experience in territory management and development, ideally across EMEA markets. Strong background in sales with a demonstrated ability to build and grow strategic business relationships. Highly organised and analytical, with strong prioritisation and time management skills. Skilled in measuring, monitoring, and reporting on project performance and sales progress against targets. Self-motivated, driven, and committed to continuous professional development. Additional language proficiency in German and French is advantageous.
