Job summary: A transversal role made to ensure proper review of Adaptive Service Assurance (ASA) Division's offers and contracts, with risk level evaluation & management approval. This requires interfacing with various departments and in particular all pre-Sales and Sales stakeholders building the commercial offers and negotiating the contracts.

Your role:

  • Identifying opportunities with Sales and brainstorming key points to include in the bid.
  • Managing internal calls to craft persuasive and detailed proposals.
  • Liaising with pre-sales, Solution Managers, R&D, Legal.
  • Provide relevant approvers with offer/contract financial assessment and risk, in full alignment with the offer/contract approval policy.
  • Ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Conducting team briefings once bids have been secured.
  • Organization of handover to post-Sales organization.

What we are looking for:

Technical skills:

  • You can easily understand and explain complex projects.
  • You are familiar with International Trade rules (Incoterms, means of international payments, etc.) and have a good understanding of the financial representation of an offer P&L and its key highlights.
  • You can interact with various teams (implementation, legal, pricing, etc.), understand and summarize their concerns.
  • You are comfortable to present an offer or a contract to a VP or the CEO with a clearly articulated summary.
  • You are familiar with Telecom Service Assurance solutions or motivated to learn them.
  • You are sensitive to cultural diversity.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience: you have a successful experience of about 5 years in Bid Management or Offer Control.
  • Language requirement: Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and its analytics tools (pivot table, formulas).
  • Power BI knowledge, Sharepoint and other collaborative tools is a plus. Beginner accepted according to profile.
  • Education: Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent. Any combination of relevant studies/experiences will be considered.
