Lead complex digital delivery. Shape real outcomes. Be part of a growing consultancy. At Exevion Digital, we challenge convention and deliver consultancy through practical execution. We’re looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead high-impact, client-facing digital transformation engagements, playing a key role in successful outcomes for our expanding portfolio of clients.
Focused on people, honesty, and results, we value professionalism and delivery excellence and are looking for like-minded individuals to join us on our ambitious growth journey. If you would like to be part of an organisation that will give you a sense of purpose and autonomy, fast-track career opportunities, a flexible approach to hybrid working, great health & wellbeing benefits and a positive culture, this could be the opportunity for you.
We will consider candidates with a consultancy background or those looking to make their first move into consultancy, from in-house technical delivery leadership positions, in large, complex, technology-led organisations. In the role you will own end-to-end delivery across technical workstreams, lead multidisciplinary teams (including remote/offshore) and engage with stakeholders from engineering to board level executives. Data and delivery metrics will drive decision-making, and you will be responsible for managing plans, risks, issues and dependencies.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a career path through software, data or digital engineering into delivery leadership roles, and who are dedicated to achieving positive outcomes and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across technical delivery. This would suit someone who thrives in ambiguity and loves to bring structure and order, with strong project leadership skills within digital transformation, in client facing, on-site technology-led roles.
You must also have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, experience using Jira/Confluence, strong Excel capability and other MS tools including PowerPoint, and a good understanding of enterprise-scale infrastructure, platforms, regulated environments, or cyber security.
Our office is in London, we operate hybrid working and are often on client sites, with a typical travel requirement of 3 days per week, across multiple locations in the UK, and occasionally Europe. Salary bands are indicative and dependent on experience. We are committed to building an inclusive workplace and welcome applications from all backgrounds. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
