Brand new opening! We're joining the buzzing community down at Exeter Quays with Rockfish overlooking the water by the Exeter Cookery School, Haven Banks, the rowing club and other great places to eat and drink. We're looking for front of house, chefs, kitchen support teams. Up to £16 per hour OTE which includes generous tips and gratuities.

The Role: As Manager in Training, you will support the General Manager in creating a restaurant environment where the team is inspired to care about what they do through motivating, training and leading by example all the way. You will coach your team to fulfil their full potential ensuring you and your team embrace our core values, ‘Care, Community and Connection’. You will be supported by a structured training plan, and we continuously develop your skills for a fulfilling career with us. You will be required to supervise the serving of alcohol and have at least one year's experience as a Server or at Supervisor level in a similar restaurant environment. You will have a flexible approach to working hours, able to support the business when it’s at its busiest.
