About The School
Exeter House School is an all-through Education Provision (EP) for children and young people (CYP) with severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and complex needs. We are a supportive and nurturing community for CYP, aged 2‑19. Rated Good by Ofsted (Jun 23).
Role Overview
Under the guidance and direction of the Behaviour Support Lead, you will work to effectively support a student on a one‑to‑one basis with positive behaviour strategies, including a trauma‑informed approach. This role is part of the Brunel Academies Trust community, providing full training and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one behaviour support to a student.
- Implement positive behaviour strategies aligned with a trauma‑informed approach.
- Collaborate with the Behaviour Support Lead and multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate records of behaviour interventions and progress.

Hours & Training
32.5 hours per week. Full training appropriate to the role will be provided.
