Overview
Exeter Community Initiatives began in 1993 to support homeless people in Exeter. Since then, it has grown into a charity that has developed over 47 community initiatives. Today, through our five core projects, we empower families, individuals, and communities across Exeter and Devon to overcome challenges and thrive. Working as part of the Wellbeing Exeter partnership, we have a team of Community Builders working across Exeter. They help to create new networks, connect people and opportunities, and look at what community spaces, skills, groups and people exist in an area.
Are you interested in people, able to listen to their points of view, good at motivating people and passionate about building and strengthening local communities? This is an exciting and varied role for a dynamic and confident individual, in which the right candidate will work directly within communities in Exeter; bringing people together to improve wellbeing and make the community a better place to live!

Part Time, Fixed Term until 31st March 2027
20 hours per week (£14,197 pro rata)
