We work with post‑16 learners who did not achieve a national benchmark in secondary school. This is a very rewarding role, allowing us to tackle the barriers these learners face.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering high-quality GCSE English lessons to post‑16 learners.
  • Engaging students who may have struggled with English in the past.
  • Supporting learners in developing the confidence to achieve their goals.
  • Creating a positive and inspiring classroom environment that fosters growth and resilience.
  • Working collaboratively in a supportive team.

What we’re looking for:

  • A passion for English and the ability to make it accessible and engaging.
  • Exceptional communication skills, helping you build meaningful relationships with young people.

You’ll get 50 days' paid holiday and an extra 29% of salary paid into your pension. (Holidays quoted include Christmas closure and bank holidays.)
