We work with post‑16 learners who did not achieve a national benchmark in secondary school. This is a very rewarding role, allowing us to tackle the barriers these learners face.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering high-quality GCSE English lessons to post‑16 learners.
- Engaging students who may have struggled with English in the past.
- Supporting learners in developing the confidence to achieve their goals.
- Creating a positive and inspiring classroom environment that fosters growth and resilience.
- Working collaboratively in a supportive team.
What we’re looking for:
