  • Support Consultations: Co-ordinate the administrative process for new starter consultations, liaising with schools, local authorities and internal teams.
  • Be the Friendly Face: Deliver excellent customer service to students, parents, staff, and external agencies.
  • Stay Cool Under Pressure: Tackle a busy, ever-changing workload with confidence, problem-solving as you go.
  • What You’ll Bring
  • Proven administrative experience—ideally in education or SEN support.
  • Exceptional organisation and time management (you love a good checklist!).
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data systems.
  • Clear, confident communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • The ability to work with a wide range of people, from parents to professionals.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
