Exeter College is seeking a Learning Support Team Coordinator to lead a large team of Learning Assistants across College sites in Exeter. You’ll arrange staff cover, manage timetabling, welcome new colleagues and ensure learners receive the right support each day.
You’ll coordinate recruitment and induction, work with support staff and faculties, respond quickly to short-notice absences, and keep colleagues informed of changes.
