The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 1 year of HR experience.
- Confidence with technology, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Outstanding organisational skills and a customer-first mindset.
As an HR Administrator, you’ll provide essential administrative support to the HR team and help keep our operations running smoothly. The role is hybrid working with a minimum expectation to work from the Civic Centre 40% of your working hours.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating the onboarding process, including the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and conducting pre-employment checks.
- Publishing job adverts and assisting managers to arrange interviews.
- Organising and maintaining digital personnel files with accurate record-keeping.
- Processing invoices for agency workers and other HR expenses.
- Serving as the first point of contact for HR queries.
We’ll provide full training to equip you with everything you need to succeed in this role.
