The predicted salary is between 49500 - 60500 Β£ per year.
The role will work across all areas of the Commercial Assets Service (Operational/Estate Management/Development) with a focus on identifying solutions, developing and structuring commercial propositions and leading on the project management of initiatives through to a successful conclusion. Having regard to the approved proposals to establish a new Unitary Authority for Exeter in April 2028, the growth in Local Government Reorganisation related project work is likely to be a prominent area for this position going forwards.
