As an HR Administrator, you'll provide essential administrative support to the HR team and help keep our operations running smoothly. The role is hybrid working with a minimum expectation to work from the Civic Centre 40% of your working hours.
Responsibilities
- Facilitating the onboarding process, including the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and conducting pre-employment checks.
- Publishing job adverts and assisting managers to arrange interviews.
- Organising and maintaining digital personnel files with accurate record-keeping.
- Processing invoices for agency workers and other HR expenses.
- Serving as the first point of contact for HR queries.
