We are seeking an experienced and motivated First Team Physiotherapist / Sports Therapist to join our ambitious Medical and Performance Department. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high-performing multidisciplinary team, delivering outstanding medical care and rehabilitation services that maximise player availability, performance and wellbeing.

Role
The First Team Physiotherapist / Sports Therapist will play a key role in delivering an integrated, player-centred medical service that maximises player availability, performance and wellbeing within an elite football environment. Working as part of the multidisciplinary Medical and Performance Department, the successful candidate will be responsible for the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of First Team players, delivering evidence-informed injury prevention, recovery and return-to-performance programmes, and providing medical support across training and matchday environments. Collaborating closely with the Lead Physiotherapist, Club Doctor, Physical Performance staff and coaching team, the role will contribute to informed decision-making, high-quality player care and the continuous development of the Club's medical provision, ensuring players are supported throughout every stage of their performance and rehabilitation journey.
