This opportunity is to join our small team within this busy independent dealership based on Marsh Barton. We are looking to recruit a Technician to support our sales, warranty work and service our customers' vehicles. You will work on all makes and models of diesel and LCV vehicles. Your expertise and knowledge will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting repairs and maintenance on various types of commercial vehicles.
- Performing basic servicing, brakes, cambelts etc.
- Assembling and disassembling equipment as needed.
- Performing routine inspections to identify potential problems.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to lift heavy objects as required.
- Welding experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Additional Information:
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
